Work is causing issues.  Working retail and only get 30 min break for dinner for my 1pm - 9pm shift.  No breaks allowed.  Basically it will have be something I can eat while going to the restroom (yuck) every 2-3 hrs.  It is very frustrating but I need the job.  I've tried to explain to management but they don't care.  By the time I get home I'm starving and ready for bed.

Wow, that must be very challenging.  I hope someone here has some good suggestions for you.

I don't know how you do with protein shakes, but if I am on the run, I take a protein shake with fat free milk.  I t like the shake without soy, so wholefoods do a chocolate protein powder.  I also like the Exfuze shake.

I used the online journal to check it out as a fat loss snack or meal.  This could be a quick snack/meal for you.  For a meal you will need to add more calories.  I have used 2% milk instead to make it a meal, but I don't know if that would be recommended.
