My daughter loves her threeway chili. That is spag. and chili and cheddar cheese. I make it with wheat pasta. But what else to I give her to keep the fat burning going...not fat storing

If you use the correct portions and combinations...this could easily be a fat loss solo...meaning it's a meal in itself.  The noodles would be your fastcarb, use lean ground beef or turkey for your protein, beans & tomatoes would be slow carb and the cheese would be a fat.  Just estimate the portions the best you can.

Thanks. I didn't think of breaking it down. I know spag is fast carb, and chili with meat would be protein. But forgot the tomatoes and veggies in there. Silly me. Now I have to figure out a more slow carbs to put in there.
