HI!, I sTarted this about 2 weeks ago and it's going good except i have a hard time with the eating within 60 minutes of waking on weekdays. I can't eat when i get up, I tried and nearly threw up. Problem is my commute is about 30-40 minutes so my prime eating is in that time, im about 10 min late for the 60 min by time i get to work and eat my breakfast. If i wake any earlier im in the sleep deprived state. Is this going to really affect me for that 10 minutes?
