roselady, I have never had an issue with customer service....I have been living this lifestyle since 2009 and can honestly say that this community and company have been very supportive. I have never had a reason to have an issue as I have never tried to cancel anything....I love it that much. :) I do see where the complaints are when users normally don't follow the specific directions on cancelling the online service. You have to cancel via phone and remember that they are on Pacific time, not in on weekends or holidays. This can be a problem if your free trial ends on one of those days...you would want to make sure and cancel sooner if that be the case.
