You could use the protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, 1 banana, and 1 c. strawberries and it would make a fat loss meal/shake.

Hi. I was wondering if Atkins shakes are ok to drink I have some left and they are 200 cal and 15 g protein .I was going to drink one for a snack, I'm not sure if the protein is too high or it's ok ,please let me know, thanks!
