Is anyone or has anyone had a problem with the online program?? I'm at the end of my 21 day induction process and I went in to log my food and activity and I get the message "Your account is temporarily inactive - please contact Customer Care". Ok, so I have tried 3 times now, the first of which was 7 minutes after their opening time. I keep getting the recording saying that 'due to high volume of calls (high volume of calls after you've been open for 7 minutes...????? )and that I could wait but it would be more than 10 minutes. I've held for over 15 minutes each time. I hope I'm wrong but I'm not getting a good feeling about this. Any suggestions???
