Is the menu planner okay to use during the 21 day mm?

Yes!  Just be mindful of the ingredients that are mentioned on day 4.  Watch out for the sugars and bleached and enriched flours.  You want to eliminate those if possible to help reset your body to burning fat instead of storing.

Thank you. I'm using the online journal and I just keep entering food until I get a fat loss plate. Is that appropriate for the 21_day mm? If not, will I lose weight of I continue? It's so easy. Thanks.
