Good Afternoon to all.
Well, today is the very first day on this website. I bought the kit and it just arrived so I will be looking it over today.
I do not have a problem with breakfast....mid morning....lunch...afternoon snack...dinner WOW. you must be thinking she is doing really good. WELL, my problem area is late at night. We eat dinner anywhere between 5-7 and then I will have a protein snack around 9PM.
As I am a night owl, about 11-11:30 I get hungry. I do my best just to have a cup of tea but the urge to eat seems overwhelming to me. I know I should just go to bed which I just may start doing but how to control that hunger???? Any ideas?
