There is no mention of liquids (drinks) other than water in your program.  I am 66 yrs of age and need milk.  How do I fit this into my program?  May I add it to the oatmeal for breakfast?  If I have it do I need to remove something else from that meal?

Depends on the type milk you are using.  Whole, skim, 2 %, almond?  Post what you are using and I'll try to help.
