I am new (1.5 weeks) to the program - love it overall. Have been faithfully filling out journal etc. and am finding it very helpful. When I get my daily report card, it keeps telling me I am low in fiber, even though I eat a lot of fruits and veggies (usually 3 portions for meals, 1 portion for 2 of the 3 daily snacks). When I add up my fiber intake for the day, it usually comes in at around 30. But even at 31, I am "not eating enough." I thought hat 22 grams was generally considered ok. How much fiber are we expected to eat?
