I came across this one on the online version of Food Lovers.  I hope it's close to the one you are looking's approved for the 21 Day Metabolism Makeover.


2 tbsp Honey

2 oz Water
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
4 oz Basil
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 cup, chopped Onions


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend together.  Serving size 2 tablespoons.
