Getting enough protein

I prefer to eat mostly vegetarian meals.  I find that the various Boca Burgers and Morningstar patties have very little protein.  Please suggest other foods besides beans and peanut butter that will offer more protein.  Even with a plate full of vegetables, there usually isn't enough protein.

If you are ovo lacto vegetarian, you can have eggs, and cheese as part of your protein as well.
