Hi Roselady so glad to see you back. I think you hit the nail on the head about "listening" to your body. I think we could prevent many weight loss and health issues if we only listened to what our body is telling us. So glad you were able to turn your low BS around. From a nursing point of view I would reccomend protein for last snack Eg. Cottage cheese with low sugar fruit. Greek yogurt with slivered almonds, or an apple and cheese. Crackers or an apple alone would probably cause your sugars to drop quicker.
