Well going to try this out! I have a long Road in front of me so this is going to be life changing! I have just been told that I have a severe herniated disc in lower spine. Exercise will be the Physical therypy for a while. But you have to start somewhere. Have not recieved my kit but eager to get started. With my goal being too lose 100 + lbs I hope this works.

Well two weeks into this plan and feeling better than I have in years so I'm on the right path. I'm a survivor and now going to be a fighter.

Well 4 weeks in and I am getting better with visual portions control, and having the opertunnity to go shopping has slowed me down at times. Yesterday was a feel good day so to shopping I did go.

Here in Florida we have a store called Big Lot's, I stop in this store at every chance I get. I found they had shipments of BOB'S RED MILL Organic items. My husband thinks I was stocking for a long winter like when we lived up north.

I had to laugh because it did look that way at first glance. I found all types of Granola, quinoa, flax seed,hot cereals,and whole wheat flour mixes, as you can guess bought lots of it because his brand is hard to find all at one store. I find that bordom with menu gets to me, I know this from past diets so to help myself I have been collecting recipes which have preducts that I don't have in the pantry.

I'm staying on track, but wishing it was as easy as it was for the 21 day plan. I think cooking new food will spark my mood up.

Oct 20 Just uploaded a new picture, got to admit it's been months since I have left anyone from taking pictures because I didn't want to see the person that I had become. It was a great feeling today to put on some makeup and clothing that had not fit in about a year. So Glad that FLFL has come into my life, now it is up to me to change my lifestyle and make to best of it.

 

Oct 24 - having rough week with pain but managing at least to eat, this is a stuggle with meds that take your appetite away. Have a good menu base so easier to grab on  off that way, Don't get me wrong not feeling sorry for myself just dealing with the facts. so glad that I have built this great group around me because they remind me why we are all here.

Jan 2 had a lost of direction because I allowed myself to get to busy to follow the plan only gained 2 pounds back so kicked myself in the butt. Back in the saddle and proud to say that I'm 28 pounds down and 36 inches smallers so I guess I'm doing something right. I got frustrated that the steriods were preventing me from losing as fast as I had in the beginning . With the medical issues I'm just glad that the steriods have not packed on the pounds like it has with several in my spine group. so I count my blessings. Until later.

Back on track hopefully better this time.

    Thanks for connecting with me. I had problems logging in, but finally got in now. I am not sticking to the plan like I need to due to other stressors in my life right now, but I think this program is going to work. I lost have 7 pounds, which is a start.
