Hi Angie, thanks for the invite. How are you doing on the plan. I really like it and find it fairly easy to stay on. The meals are essentially what I use to eat, chicken, potatoe and vegetable, but the portions would be larger. I stopped drinking coffee because I like to have it extra light with sugar. I also haven't had a glass of milk with dinner, but I've been drinking a lot more water. I'm on day 15 so I'm thinking I'll incorporate those things later. How far along are you now?

I have been here for 11 weeks now, and have never had the success with any other program as I have here. I thank the wonderful people whom I have befriended, and could not have done it without them. I'm Abby. I am on day 6 of the 21 day makeover. As of day 5 I had lost 3lbs. Now I am not getting back on the scale til day 21. I have a horrible habit of being on the scale lol.
