Health and fitness has always been an integral part of my life. When I discovered the Food Lovers Fat Loss System in 2009, I realized that I had found a program that is applicable to any lifestyle. I have always been aware of the different "fad" diets out there and I've actually tried most, if not all of them. Most of them worked great, but none ever gave me the knowledge or ability to sustain my weight loss. As an avid sports and weight-lifting fan, i've found this lifestyle still applicable to my different training regiments. But more importantly, it's completely applicable to anyone who simply wants to just lose weight and get in great shape.

The Food Lovers Fat Loss System allows us to achieve and exceed the possibilities not yet known to us. My goal as a coach is to help others reap the full benefits of the Food Lovers Fat Loss System by enabling our users to realize how it can effect and impact their entire lives.

Furthermore, I enjoy the community feel and spirit that is the Food Lovers Fat Loss System and I look forward to helping others achieve their individual weight loss goals.

    hello my name is lynn iam on my 4th day I have not lost no weight or gained iam just starting to get used to eating so much can you please help me I read on here where people say they gained weight on this I don't wanna gain weight iam trying to loose weight iam following the program the way it says to do it eating my snacks and a food lovers plate at every meal

    I also would like to find a food loss buddy. I am 72 years old. I also need help with some of the recipes for instance: Southern Oven Fried Chicken. Can you use Chicken without the bone-in? I have finished the 21 day makeover and into the 2nd week of Food Lovers For Life. I also have a hard time getting in 12 8oz glasses of water/day. Most I can do is 10. Can Coffee, diet soda, etc. be used? Thanks.

    Hi! I had asked a question about kashi and greek yogurt. Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. My next question is this: What do you do if you have a hard time finishing the food on your plate? I tend to leave part of my fast carb and finish my slow carbs and protein. If I reduce my portion size of say pasta or rice doI need to reduce my protein and other portions as well? Really trying to make this work for me. Thanks for your help!
