    I was also wondering bout refried beans i could not find them listed in the book no where and the veggi crumbles does anybody know what to count them as i know it is a protein i think i mean i buy the morning star brand it is just crumbles so i don't know how to count this can somebody help

    I would love to hear more success stories from people on the program. I am new and have never really been in chat groups. Any help would be appreciated. I'm excited about this program but nervous about being able to eat as much and as often and still lose. I am online and a lot of journal entries the feedback is portions too small. If i can lose weight with this that would be great for the last week I have not been hungry.
